In terms of Airlines, while I realise how much more revenue new routes and focusing on more popular destinations can be, I’m still surprised given the captive audience how limited your retail offering is.

1. There’s no attempt to overcome the objections people have in their mind when it comes to your ancillary sales, things like car hire and hotel bookings, and no attempt to differentiate or highlight or change your offering /wording – you wouldn’t find an advanced Internet marketer making the same mistakes.

2. While you’ve literally got a (captivated/captured) audience, the best you can do is to sell perfumes. Why are you not advancing in this area?

At the same time I would like to applaud Emirates service and especially your new and much improved economy cabins. An extra inch is very useful for tall people like me, so thank you.
